Returns are accepted only for unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a return, providing proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items, provided they meet our conditions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
